Try Hockey For Free Day

John, on Saturday February 23rd, we had 20 kids ages 4-10 attend our “Try Hockey For Free Day,” at Kotler Arena in Victor, Idaho.  In 2017-2018 we had 96 kids registered in the Teton Valley Foundation Cutthroat Youth Hockey program and we have grown to 130 kids for the 2018-2019 season.  A 26% growth in one year!  This is an exciting time for our program, Teton Valley and our regional competitors who have supported our program by traveling to our tournaments and lending their support and knowledge to help better our program.  Just recently the Idaho Falls teams played a friendly match at our rink and graciously donated a $250 check to our fundraising efforts dedicated to the installation and upgrade of our bathrooms at Kotler Arena.    It is programs like Try Hockey For Free, the support of our regional Hockey Communities like Idaho Falls, IAHA and our dedicated parents, coaches and community members that have helped to shape this program into something we can all be proud of.
