Player Development Camp (PDC) Lodging - McCall
Player Development Camp (PDC) is being hosted at the Manchester Ice & Events Center in McCall, February 21-23, 2020. Information and registration information will be available soon but families need to start thinking about lodging for this event now. Eligible birth years for this season’s PDC are 2003 – 2006.
The Holiday Inn Express – McCall is the host hotel. There are a number of rooms available at $114 plus tax per night. To take advantage of this rate, families must be on a list which IAHA will provide to the hotel. Qualifying information must to be sent to Joanne Tirocke at email@example.com and the list will be compiled on a first come, first served basis. (No phone calls will be accepted.)
All of following information MUST be provided to be added to the IAHA lodging list:
First and last name under which room will be booked
Arrival date (Thursday, 2/20 or Friday, 2/21)
Departure date (Sunday, 2/23 or Monday, 2/24)
Room type requested- indicate 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice (2 queen standard, king room, 2 queen suite)
Participating player(s) name(s)
Families will receive a response for successful additions to the lodging list and will be given the opportunity to decline if they did not get their first room choice. The rooms will be transferred into the names of people on the list at the end of December and January or when all these rooms have been requested. Names will be checked against the registration list to verify participation in PDC and may be removed if registration in PDC is not confirmed by February 7. By submitting for rooms at the $114 rate, families are agreeing to these conditions.
Families are welcome to make their own reservations to guarantee the type of room they’d like. Reservations made in December and January room price will be $144 per night plus taxes; prices go up for rooms booked in February so we are encouraging families to make reservations as soon as possible. Have them call 208.634.4700 and indicate that they are making a booking for USA Hockey Player Development Camp to reserve the type of room they'd like, based on availability.
All age eligible players are invited to attend the Idaho Amateur Hockey Association Player Development Camp held in the spring of each year. These camps offer an opportunity for players to improve your skills and learn new skills. Players also have the opportunity to demonstrate your skill level and possibly advance to the Rocky Mountain District Camp.
